Sport has an enormous presence and a huge impact in our society. Thus, it has the potential to teach critical life skills and to develop incredible leaders of tomorrow. Unfortunately, many of these life lessons are not learned because kids have negative and damaging sport experiences. Kids meet sport at the coach! Coaches are the designers and deliverers of the sport experience, and Positive Coaching maximizes the opportunity to win in the life of every athlete.
